In Getting Going, you'll:

  • have a chance to think about why you’ve chosen to take this course.
  • think about what people mean by stress
  • find out more about the different ways that stress shows up.
  • discover which are the most stressful things that can happen to you.
  • learn some basic relaxation techniques as well as trying out a visualisation.
