In the second part of Relax Your Body, you might remember that, as well as eating the right foods, I mentioned that there are other ways to help your body so that you can reduce stress and become more relaxed.

In this third part , the final part of the session you'll:

  • find out how exercise can make you feel good and which form of exercise is right for you
  • discover the roles of sunshine and sleep as stress-busters
  • find useful relaxation tools and have the chance to try another visualisation
