This session is in three parts.
  • The first two parts look at thinking positively. You might immediately think, 'what a load of old rubbish'. However, I suggest you try these ideas out. After all, you have decided to take the Chill Out course to help reduce your stress levels, so it's always worth giving things a go to see if they work.
  • The final part of the session covers worrying and how to deal with it. And, of course, there are relaxation techniques throughout for you to try.
  • So suspend any disbelief you might have - there's nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain!
